Sue Dickau is BRC’s Catering Sales Manager and has been with us for more than 11 years.  Sue is no stranger to the restaurant biz.  In fact, she has been in the restaurant/hospitality industry on and off for over 40 years, including working with the Chart House restaurants.

In addition to her hospitality experience, Sue has a degree in Education from Illinois State University, which led her to teaching high school for several years before she entered the world of software sales and marketing.

Blue Ridge Cafe & Catering is in the process of restructuring some of our catering choices and prices so customers will have a wider variety from which to choose (and more a la carte options).  Sue also wants folks to know that she will do her best to work with any catering budget, so don’t hesitate to check out our catering services for your next event.  And, BRC caters everything from outdoor picnics to fancy sit-down wedding receptions and banquets.
