We are pleased to welcome Sue Dickau to a new position as
BRC’s Catering Sales Manager. Sue has
been with us in other capacities for more than 11 years, so is no stranger to the restaurant
biz. In fact, Sue has been in the restaurant/hospitality
industry on and off for over 40 years, including working with the Chart House
restaurants.
In addition to her hospitality experience, Sue has a degree
in Education from Illinois State University, which led her to teaching high
school for several years before she entered the world of software sales and marketing.
Blue Ridge Cafe & Catering is in the process of restructuring some of our catering
choices and prices so customers will have a wider variety from which to choose
(and more a la carte options). Sue also
wants folks to know that she will do her best to work with any catering budget,
so don’t hesitate to check out our catering services for your next event. And, BRC caters everything from outdoor
picnics to fancy sit-down wedding receptions and banquets.
A Charlottesville area resident since 1998, Sue hails
originally from Chicago. We hope you’ll
